If you are not satisfied with your print, we will accept a return for exchange, replacement or refund - based on the following: the print has not been damaged, has not been mounted and/or removed from your mounting of choice, there are no notations or marks applied to the back of the print, no marks to the face of the print - and to return - the print must be packed back into the original packaging and shipped prepaid with insurance via Post. If a credit is requested one will be issued upon receipt of the original. ALL RETURNS MUST be shipped prepaid to our P.O. Box.
